Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Energisa.
Intern
The interview process was really smooth. It was just a conversation. The interviewer was super nice to me. We talked about the company's routine, questions about work hours, and my past internship experiences. The meeting happened via a Teams link. My only negative point is about HR; they don't get back to you about the selection process. I reached out multiple times, they respond to messages but don't give a proper update.
- Tell me about your experiences.
- What is your educational background?
- What activities have you done?
Jovem Aprendiz
It was a group interview where everyone had to introduce themselves. They're really looking for people who want to stay with the company long-term. If you were studying something else or had other plans, they really questioned you about it. The people who work there seem to genuinely like the company.
- What inspired you to apply for this job?
- Why did you apply for this role?
- What is your motivation for seeking this apprenticeship opportunity?
Intern
It was a reasonable process. It included tests and both group and individual interviews. The difficulty level was as expected, based on other interviews I've had. There were evaluators from different areas, and everything was done to make the candidates feel comfortable.
- Tell me about the challenges you've faced.
- There was a group activity to develop a project.
- An individual presentation of a box, with the goal of answering 6 questions about the box you made.
