It was a good, simple, and straightforward interview. They asked personal, professional, and academic questions. The interviewers were very polite and made me feel comfortable and at ease, which helped the conversation flow well. There were two interviews in total, leading up to the finalization.

The interview process was very welcoming and transparent. The Energisa team was extremely friendly and attentive from the first contact, which helped reduce my anxiety and made me feel comfortable talking about my background, professional experiences, and expectations. During the interview, I felt the interviewers were genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person and professional, which made the conversation light, respectful, and at the same time quite objective. They asked very targeted questions, focusing on the alignment between my profile and the company's values, and clearly explained the internship program, expected activities, and development opportunities. I was left with a great impression of Energisa's culture. It's evident they value professional growth, continuous learning, and employee well-being. This made me even more motivated by the possibility of joining the team and contributing with my dedication and knowledge.

I had a Teams interview with HR and then a technical one with the technical manager of the area I would be working in. The first was more about my profile and the second a bit more about my knowledge of basic tools.
