Masterarbeit Student
The interview process is a two-way street where both sides get to know each other. The company checks your skills, experience, and if you fit in, and you get to see if the company is a good fit for you. It usually starts with a quick chat, then some technical or behavioral interviews, and finishes with final rounds. This whole thing typically takes a few weeks.

HR
Great experience overall. They communicated very clearly and directly from the start. The process was quick, no wasted time, and the talks were organized and to the point. They were professional all the way through, making it a good and smooth hiring process.
- Can you tell me about your experience with SAP, compliance checks, and validation?
Quality Alternant
The process was straightforward and quick. There was just one in-person stage. The questions were relevant to the job, and they didn't ask the typical 'name your strengths and weaknesses.' They also had a short English segment to check oral proficiency.

- Can you tell us about your spoken English skills?
Maintenance Assistant
They call you to their facilities along with other people (usually those who got in through connections) to do a series of tests and a group dynamic. The tests include psychological tests, mechanical reasoning, personality tests, and a very complex electrical knowledge exam (it's advisable to review the 5 golden rules, star-delta starting and its diagram, procedures for acting with capacitors, Ohm's law, or single-phase and three-phase power calculations). They let you use your mobile's calculator. Anyway, they don't give much importance to the exam because later nobody knows most of the answers. The group dynamic is the NASA one (similar to the bunker one). The favorites go to an interview where 3 people interview you and they record a video of you without you knowing so that the top managers in Germany can see it. The interview lasts 1 hour and they ask practically all the typical tricky questions, both professionally and personally. Be very careful with questions about defects, even if you spin them as a virtue, they focus on the defect and ask you about it over and over (this is where I was rejected). They latch onto a word you say and bombard you with that word, even changing the context and asking if that's what you meant... My advice: for the defects question, DO NOT ANSWER even if you think the defect is not important. They will also ask you about the most serious mistake you've made working (an easy question to answer, they'll focus on how you resolved it) but then they'll ask you about the biggest mistake in your personal life (I got stuck here and almost messed up, prepare your answer). They highly value your appearance, manners, and that you've informed yourself about the company. When asked about salary expectations, state the salary you saw online and take the opportunity to say other things.
- Can you tell us about your personal and professional virtues and defects?
- What are your strengths and weaknesses, both personally and professionally?
