The interview was at the development center with HR and the department head. After introductions and a short chat, I was asked to introduce myself and go through my resume. Then, the department head explained the department's work and my potential role. He then asked for my opinion on things and involved me in what felt like a technical discussion to gauge my knowledge and thinking. Finally, the HR person asked some questions (like when I can start) and explained the contract terms.

It went pretty quickly. Two men and a woman sat opposite me. One was the head of development, the woman was a kind of lobby employee. They were all friendly. I got to talk about my studies and was also asked personal things, then there were some questions about the company, but very easy things that you could look up on the homepage. There were hardly any technical questions. I steered more towards the technical side myself and talked about my work during my studies. The conversation started with a coffee and you were supposed to feel relaxed, no pressure, no grilling, no tests. What took a long time was the evaluation. After more than a month, they offered me a position, which I then thankfully declined because I had already signed an employment contract.

A recruiter reached out, then I spoke with HR and the technical team. We had a technical interview and an HR interview. I also had a quick chat with the MD.
