Behavioral Case Other

A recruiter head-hunted me for a CFO role in Eastern Europe. The first step was the head-hunter, followed by an interview at their HQ in Saint-Cloud. The interview lasted 4.5 hours, from 9:45 to 14:15, with a single interviewer. It included a fit interview, a case study, and management discussions. I only had coffee and wasn't invited to lunch. The head-hunter informed me two weeks later that my profile was interesting but too senior for the position.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process started with an HR call to discuss my background and basic qualifications. The second round involved a 30-minute interview with two people where they delved deeper into my experience and presented some scenario-based questions. The final stage was an in-person assessment at their office, which included a data analysis task using SQL. I had to prepare and present a PowerPoint presentation based on my analysis. They also asked role-specific questions and questions about my experience. Ultimately, I was rejected, with the reason given being that I was too technical, which I found questionable given the assessment's technical nature.

Behavioral Technical
