Behavioral Other

I was given the production site address, which is about 600m from the offices. The production staff were friendly and showed me to the offices. After a bit of searching, I found a receptionist who put me in an empty office, offered me a drink, and asked me to wait. This short wait turned into over an hour in 36c heat. When I was finally picked up, I was told that the HR person from Hamburg and the production manager were still dealing with daily business. The conversation was quite disillusioning. I was told that to calculate future orders, I would have to work in the laundry for the first year in a 2-shift system. When I asked if there were any work plans or time recordings, I was harshly told that there aren't any and never will be. The personality test I took indicated an introverted personality. I was told this honestly for the first time. I resisted this. For example, they asked me how I behave when I join a new group. I said I listen first, and once I understand the conversation, I join in. They continued to call this introverted, I called it good manners.
