The whole process was super fast, moving within a couple of days after the initial chat with the recruiter and the Client Manager. Then, it was also quick to get the next step, which was interviewing with the Client, and they got back to me the very next day with an offer to start within two weeks.

Super easy process...recruiting team kept in touch constantly. Make sure you know about the company's history and its leaders. There are many career paths here, in both recruiting and sales. The team was friendly and followed up promptly.

So, a recruiter hit me up in late May, thinking I'd be a good fit for something. We did an initial phone screening, then after I sent my resume and some work samples, he called back the next day to confirm he'd passed it all to the client. He told me when I should expect to hear back. The date passed, I followed up, and then... ghosted. Like, completely ignored. Promising a response by a deadline and then not even giving an answer or feedback is just not how you do business.
