Product Manager
The whole process was super fast, moving within a couple of days after the initial chat with the recruiter and the Client Manager. Then, it was also quick to get the next step, which was interviewing with the Client, and they got back to me the very next day with an offer to start within two weeks.
- Did you consider how your skills and experience fit with the client's current team and structure?
Associate Recruiter
First, you'll have a virtual or phone chat with an internal corporate recruiter. After that, there's a virtual chat with the hiring manager. The final stage is a virtual or on-site panel interview with the hiring manager. After that, they'll negotiate an offer, which is usually within a set range.
- What makes you want to pursue a career in sales, considering recruiting is a sales-driven field?
Managing Director
Super easy process...recruiting team kept in touch constantly. Make sure you know about the company's history and its leaders. There are many career paths here, in both recruiting and sales. The team was friendly and followed up promptly.
- What are your main strengths?
- How do you handle conflicts?
- What are your present metrics?
Independent Contractor
So, a recruiter hit me up in late May, thinking I'd be a good fit for something. We did an initial phone screening, then after I sent my resume and some work samples, he called back the next day to confirm he'd passed it all to the client. He told me when I should expect to hear back. The date passed, I followed up, and then... ghosted. Like, completely ignored. Promising a response by a deadline and then not even giving an answer or feedback is just not how you do business.
- What are your career aspirations for your next position?
