First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Eliassen Group.
Account Executive
It was a really thorough interview process with over 5 rounds. They asked questions that required quick, thoughtful answers on the spot. It really made you think! Overall, it was a positive experience and highlighted the learning opportunities.
- How would you handle specific objections a customer might raise in a sales position?
Account Executive
It was a panel interview with people they called Sr Recruiters, but honestly, none of them had more than 2 years of experience. They tried to gauge my technical skills. Watch out though, they have a reputation for doing background checks without asking first.
- What's your prior experience in Staffing?
Account Executive
I met with the corporate recruiter, my manager, and two vice presidents. The whole thing was about 2-3 hours on a Thursday. They made an offer the Monday after the weekend. It was pretty easy and straightforward. I met with each person one-on-one for about 30-45 minutes each.
- How did you generate your book of business.
