First, you'll have a virtual or phone chat with an internal corporate recruiter. After that, there's a virtual chat with the hiring manager. The final stage is a virtual or on-site panel interview with the hiring manager. After that, they'll negotiate an offer, which is usually within a set range.

I was contacted by Eliasson by one of their recruiters. The same person did my phone screen. She was from out of State but had to get approval from HQ. Hey HQ remind all of your recruiters in MA or not it is ILLEGAL to ask a person in MA previous salary. Shame on HQ for always hiring young inexperienced people. I could have a law suit or really make things with Eliasson crappy by calling the Labor Board and report them. I guess that is why they are just Ehh in the agency world. Not impressed. Educate your recruiters nationwide.

I had a phone interview with their corporate recruiter back in April when I was still in school but wasn't looking yet. I was surprised when he actually called me back in July like I asked. We caught up and he set me up on an interview in their headquarter. I met with 4 or 5 managers and in the end wasn't offered the job. What is important is that my recruiter gave me in depth feedback and tips for future interviews following my rejection.
