This was one of the better interview experiences I’ve had, a lot thanks to Angelo! He made the whole thing engaging and insightful. Unlike many recruiters I’ve worked with, who just treat conversations as transactional, Angelo shared some of his own background and experiences, making the discussion feel more personal and authentic. His openness helped ease the nerves and made the experience feel more conversational rather than one-sided. The hiring team asked insightful questions about my background and was very thorough, which really gave me a good insight into what I'd be getting into.

The whole interview process took about two months. I applied online, and the first phone call was scheduled a few days later. The recruiter kept me updated throughout. Then there were two more Zoom interviews with a senior team member and a leadership person from the clinical department. After that, I had an in-person meeting onsite with about five people from the clinical team. Everyone was professional and respectful. The next week, they started the reference check, and I got the offer a few days after that. For a small company, they did a good job keeping me engaged.

First I had an intro call with the recruiter, then I interviewed with the hiring manager. After that, I was scheduled for a 5-hour panel interview about a week later. It went really well, and I enjoyed talking to the team. However, one person missed the panel because they were out of town. So, they set up another interview with that person a week after the panel. On the day of that last interview, the person was 24 minutes late and didn't seem sorry about it. They also acted uninterested and ended the interview abruptly, saying they had to go. I appreciated everyone else on the team though. Overall, it was a good experience except for that last interview hiccup. I'd still consider applying again.

Had an initial call with a recruiter for the company. It seemed like the recruiter wasn't really paying attention or even knew what the job was about, only starting to read about it when the call began. They asked super basic questions and couldn't answer any of my questions about the job. The call ended early because there was nothing else to discuss after they finished their script. I also got ghosted after that, they never replied to any of my emails with questions about the job, and later I got an automated rejection email that didn't specify which position I was being rejected for, but I just assumed it was for the role I applied for.
