Started with a quick recruiter call where they asked usual questions and were really keen to talk about the company. Then the hiring manager asked some pretty standard interview questions, and after that, there was just silence. No official rejection or anything.

Applied twice. First HR call was late and the role was gone. Second time, HR forgot about a scheduled lunch and didn't call. Otherwise, it was a typical process: HR screen, hiring manager call, then an onsite with a scientific talk and about 8 one-on-one meetings.

Behavioral Other

So the interview process was pretty weird. The recruiters scheduled two phone calls, but they never actually called at those times. They did call at random times though, and then mostly talked about stuff like how I'd get to work and where I'd park, instead of explaining the job or how it fits into the company's goals. What was worse, they didn't seem that interested in my science background or why I wanted the job. They also didn't set up even a quick chat with the hiring scientist or anyone from their science team who could have actually gauged my interest better.
