It was a multi-stage interview process that lasted about two months. They asked both behavioral and technical questions. The hiring team was very approachable and helpful. Online assessments were part of the early stages.

The interview process involved one asynchronous interview via a web platform, followed by four synchronous interviews: one with HR, one for a business case, one with the team manager, and one with the department manager. The overall process was quite slow, with feedback taking many weeks after each interview. The interviewers were generally good and capable, though one interviewer seemed uninterested and primarily focused on questioning and doubting everything I said.

First, there's a screening process with a numerical reasoning test (it's eliminatory, and if you don't do well, you won't get to the other tests). Then, a logical reasoning test (also eliminatory, and if you don't do well, you won't get to the other tests). After that, there's a Professional Behaviors inventory and a video interview (which is asynchronous).

The interview process was smooth. Communication with candidates was clear, scheduling was well-coordinated, and they gave prompt updates. The interviewers came prepared, asked relevant questions, and created a comfortable atmosphere. The whole thing moved efficiently with hardly any delays. They gave feedback and told me the next steps quickly. This organized way made me feel valued and respected, and it was a good reflection on the company.
