Engineering Intern
I had an interview with two engineers and two HR folks. They asked me some questions about myself and my academic background. There weren't any questions about my technical skills. The engineers talked about their current projects and asked if I was interested in them.
- What were your favorite classes in your course?
Engineering Intern
First, there's a screening process with a numerical reasoning test (it's eliminatory, and if you don't do well, you won't get to the other tests). Then, a logical reasoning test (also eliminatory, and if you don't do well, you won't get to the other tests). After that, there's a Professional Behaviors inventory and a video interview (which is asynchronous).
- Could you identify and describe three of your flaws?
Engineering Intern
The interview process started with a phone call. After that, I had to complete three online tests. Finally, there was an online video interview with the team members for the internship. The whole process took about a month.
- The three online tests had a short time limit for numerical reasoning. Even though the numerical test questions were simple, the time given was too short and might affect performance.
- In the technical interview, I was asked about my academic background, current activities, skills, and why I applied for the position.
