The general interview process typically includes submitting an application, a phone or video screening, technical or skill-based assessments, in-person/virtual interviews, and final discussions on salary, role, and joining details.

Round 1, I was asked one decent coding question which was to find the first positive element in an unsorted array, and I had to explain all possible approaches. They also asked an SQL query based on my project's schema, some OS and DBMS questions, and questions about web attacks like XSS and SQL injection.

The recruiter hit me up on LinkedIn and we scheduled a phone screen a few days later. Since I was interviewing for a job in another state, she then moved me to a video interview where I spoke with two people for about 1.5 hours. Everyone I talked to was really friendly and easy to chat with, and they seemed genuinely invested in finding the best fit for me. I actually decided not to proceed to an on-site interview because I had already accepted another role that I was really excited about, but I would have gone for it otherwise. The recruiter was always available and upfront, making the entire experience a good one.

I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. After expressing my interest, we set up a 30-minute phone call. Next, I moved on to three separate 20-minute one-on-one interviews with people from the sales team. The final interview was a 30-minute chat with the CRO. The day after, they called me with an offer. The whole experience felt professional but also laid-back. They seemed more interested in understanding my personality, work ethic, and how I communicate rather than digging deep into my background and skills. It was a welcoming process overall.
