The interview experience wasn't great and felt unprofessional. The interviewers didn't seem very serious, the service was bad, and they asked questions that seemed irrelevant. The interviewers were also rude, which made me feel uncomfortable.

I did this HireVue thing with four behavioral questions. It was meant to see if I'd fit and if I was motivated for the firm. Each question gave me one minute to prep and one minute to answer. It was all behavioral, no technical or finance stuff. They were looking at how I communicate, if I'm clear, and my reasons for wanting to do CRE.

It was an online interview with some really basic questions about the finance field, the company, and some easy behavioral stuff about teamwork. You need some basic knowledge about CRE, and they'll ask you about a deal or a building you find interesting.
