It was a long interview process. First, there were 3-4 phone interviews with analysts and associates. Then, we had a superday which included several hours of back-to-back interview rounds with employees from all levels.

The interview experience wasn't great and felt unprofessional. The interviewers didn't seem very serious, the service was bad, and they asked questions that seemed irrelevant. The interviewers were also rude, which made me feel uncomfortable.

It was a one-way interview for the first round. They asked three questions. Honestly, the video recording made me super anxious and I think I messed it up. I would have much rather had a live interview where I could have had a real shot. I'm still waiting to hear back but I don't think I'll make it to the next stage, lol.
