Behavioral Presentation

I did this HireVue thing with four behavioral questions. It was meant to see if I'd fit and if I was motivated for the firm. Each question gave me one minute to prep and one minute to answer. It was all behavioral, no technical or finance stuff. They were looking at how I communicate, if I'm clear, and my reasons for wanting to do CRE.

Behavioral Technical

I had a couple of one-on-one interviews with some senior managers, and then a three-on-one with some associates. They started with standard behavioral questions, then dug into real estate investment analysis, including ARGUS. The associates mentioned that since Eastdil doesn't have a formal analyst training program, the first year is like 'trying to drink water out of a fire-hydrant'. Everyone I met was super professional.
