The interview had three parts. First, HR emailed to set up a call. We talked about my background, how I could help the company, and my salary expectations. I also found out about their salary offer then and decided to move forward. The second part was a machine learning challenge, specifically unsupervised learning using Kaggle data. I had four days to complete it, document it, and submit it as a Colab notebook. The third part involved talking with leaders in the area, including the project lead I would work with. They asked about my AWS tool knowledge, a technical challenge I faced, and my machine learning experience. Then, they asked about the project I submitted, praising it and asking me to explain it generally and discuss alternative technologies I could have used. They also allowed me to ask questions, and I inquired about my future role, which they clarified. I felt comfortable in both interviews. After this, HR contacted me via WhatsApp and then by phone to let me know I passed. They gave me an offer close to my desired salary. We discussed my salary expectations, and they adjusted it, so I accepted. The company was transparent and quick, and everyone was friendly throughout the process :)

The process was quick and clear. I was approached on LinkedIn and then had a screening with HR. After that, I moved to the technical stage with the area manager. In this stage, I was asked about TCP/IP, experience with object-oriented languages (for support scope), SQL, and other knowledge related to the position. The difficulty level ranged from easy to medium (concepts). The company is very humane; I performed poorly in the interview due to emotional reasons, and even so, I noticed the manager's sensitivity during the interview and the recruiter who approached me was super professional and attentive. I wasn't approved, but the company genuinely cares about the human element, always providing feedback at each stage. I hope you get in! :)

Behavioral Technical

The whole process took a little over a month with 3 stages. In the first one with HR, all questions related to salary expectations and benefits were asked, and so far, it was within the company's expectations because I passed with the manager and head afterward. The interviews with them were great, I always felt super good and loved it, but after the final interview, no one contacted me anymore. After 1 month, I called the recruiter to ask for feedback and was told that I just didn't pass because my expectations were too high (?), even though I talked about it in the first contact and yet she made me go through all the stages in a totally unnecessary way.
