The process was quick and clear. I was approached on LinkedIn and then had a screening with HR. After that, I moved to the technical stage with the area manager. In this stage, I was asked about TCP/IP, experience with object-oriented languages (for support scope), SQL, and other knowledge related to the position. The difficulty level ranged from easy to medium (concepts). The company is very humane; I performed poorly in the interview due to emotional reasons, and even so, I noticed the manager's sensitivity during the interview and the recruiter who approached me was super professional and attentive. I wasn't approved, but the company genuinely cares about the human element, always providing feedback at each stage. I hope you get in! :)

The process basically happens in three phases: a chat with the recruiter, a technical interview, and a management interview session (in my case, it was three interviews with different managers). Feedback is given the same day or the next day for each stage. My process with them took longer because I was initially in a process that closed before I reached the management interviews. I then participated in a second process where the manager felt my profile was a better fit for another department. Finally, I went through the process for which I was approved. The most interesting part is how these interviews are conducted; they feel more like informal conversations.

Behavioral Technical

It was a disorganized process with many stages. I was told I'd only move to the next stage if I passed the previous one, but each step's feedback depended on 'discussions with the previous stage's team.' The process was long, and after 4 months, I gave up. Overall, the questions were more about my old job than my qualifications for this role.
