Presentation Behavioral

The whole thing took 6 weeks, with a bunch of interviews and assessments. For the final presentation, they let you chat with a CSM to get some feedback. A CSM hopped on a call, but they seemed totally unprepared and didn't even know what the assignment was. Then they said the assignment was in a good place and to cut out these "red herrings" during the presentation, which had 15 people on it. The VP spent most of the time on their phone and wasn't really paying attention. I didn't get the job. Trying to get any feedback on why was like pulling teeth, even after 6 weeks. Eventually, they said my presentation didn't cover all the scenarios, which was weird because they told me to remove them! It was pretty bizarre.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

My interview experience was structured and pretty thorough. It started with a recruiter chat, then a hiring manager chat that was heavy on behavioral questions. After that, there was a role-play part where I had to do a kickoff meeting presentation, a homework assignment, and a quick challenge involving debugging and task prioritization. The final round was with a director, also focusing on behavioral questions. Honestly, everyone I met was nice, which was a pleasant surprise compared to some other reviews I'd seen. The technical part was tough for me since I don't have a technical background, but I imagine it'd be straightforward for someone with that expertise.

Behavioral Technical Coding System Design

First, there was a phone call to go over my current job and salary expectations. Then, a technical interview via Zoom with two company representatives. The technical part covered: company history, benefits, a summary of my current role, and technical questions. The interview started in English because the role needs communication with US Teams, so I had to talk about my current role and company in English. Then we switched back to Hebrew for the more technical questions. I got rejected three days later and asked for feedback, but as expected, didn't get a response.

Technical Coding Behavioral

The interview process involved three stages: a 15-minute phone screening, a 1.5-hour technical interview, and an interview with the HR manager. It took about two weeks from applying to the first interview. The initial phone screening had a lot of background noise and interference from the HR side, making it hard to understand. I wasn't given a chance to ask any questions during that call. The technical interview included a presentation about the company and team by the team leader, a discussion about my past experience, general JavaScript questions, and a live coding challenge focused on promises.
