First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Dynamic Yield.
Technical Product Manager
My interview process started with a phone call from the HR recruiter. After that, I had an interview with the recruiting manager. Then, I was given a take-home assignment that I had 4 days to complete. Finally, I came to the office to present my assignment.
- Can you describe your product sense?
- Could you share some details about your past experiences?
Product Manager
I had a phone chat with HR. First, they explained about the company and the role. Then, they asked me about myself, my typical workday, my skills, and other similar things. It was a standard interview. HR sent me an email to pick a time for the call, which was very nice.
- Can you explain your reasons for wanting to leave your current job?
- What specific aspects are you seeking in a new role?
- Could you please share your salary expectations?
Product Manager
I got an email about an HR contact, and after a few weeks, HR reached out for a chat about my experience and skills. Then came a home assignment, followed by a presentation of that assignment to the hiring manager and VP of Product, with questions asked. Overall it was fine, but HR needs to be more professional, I had to remind her for links and assignments.
- Can you describe your working relationship with a development team?
