The application process seemed structured and was fast. However, personal circumstances are hardly considered. The decision came very early, I didn't get past the phone interview. There is a strong focus on short-term efficiency, which can lead to expensive consequences in the long run. Communication is professional.

The process started with a call from the internal recruiter, followed by an online video conference and then an in-person meeting. The conversations were always interesting and didn't feel like a typical interview. A personality test was also administered. The offer was declined because it didn't meet my salary expectations, which was a particularly negative experience as it felt like a waste of my time. I don't understand why a potential candidate would be invited if the salary isn't even close.

Behavioral Technical

Got a quick response by phone. The person was nice and offered two online interview dates. The technical setup worked fine, the conversation was structured, and the atmosphere was pleasant. After all the questions, there was brief feedback, and I was told I could always call with questions. The follow-up was a bit disappointing - I was told I'd hear back within a week (emphasized twice during the interview), but it took almost two weeks. I then had to ask if I could confirm my availability for the next day. Less than 24 hours later, I called and found out someone else was hired without me being informed. A bit disrespectful, in my opinion, but oh well! :) I wish Drees&Sommer all the best for the future.
