The process started with a call from the internal recruiter, followed by an online video conference and then an in-person meeting. The conversations were always interesting and didn't feel like a typical interview. A personality test was also administered. The offer was declined because it didn't meet my salary expectations, which was a particularly negative experience as it felt like a waste of my time. I don't understand why a potential candidate would be invited if the salary isn't even close.

The interview was a video call with the general coordinator. They gave a thorough explanation of the company overall and its specific sectors. Then, they focused on the role I was interviewing for, providing a complete overview of what the candidate would be doing. After the interview, I sent an email expressing my interest, and then I was offered the internship project manager position.

It started with a simple 30-minute phone call. I talked about myself, and then they explained the role and what to expect. A few days later, I got invited for an interview. Even though I was 10 minutes late because I couldn't find the building, they were friendly and understanding when I arrived. The interview was a bit more intense, but there were no trick questions as I feared. First, a brief overview of my career, and then they explained the role again. They hinted several times that overtime is expected and unpaid. Basically, they wanted to know if I could handle working a lot and for long hours. I would have accepted the job, but I had a better offer. I'd still consider applying again. Overall, it was a positive hiring process with nothing to complain about.
