The interview process felt pretty standard, although it was a couple of years ago. First, I had to take a typing test. After that, they interviewed me, and the main focus was on customer service and what it means to me.

Behavioral Presentation

The hiring process started with the standard application, submitting a CV and a motivation letter. Then, there was a personal interview that had 3 parts. Two of these parts were conducted via online meetings, and the last one was in person. Different people led each part. Everyone was very kind and curious during the interviews.

Technical Other

Applied on a Monday, had an interviewed scheduled that same Wednesday, however it was rescheduled do to sickness of the entire 6 people on the team. Was moved to the next Tuesday (week 2 in the process), Interviewed on Campus in Pleasant Grove. Then the Hiring manager was unable to attend. Met with the Team however and they were all very nice. Then the delays really started. The 3rd week in the process I was asked to complete a project, Which I did within the timeline. on the 4th Monday I was told they would be making a decision "within a couple of days". So I waited until Thursday to follow up with an email to the hiring manager. No response. So I emailed a recruiter at company as the weekend was approaching. Nothing. Waited all weekend not knowing as there was no follow up. Finally the 5th Monday I get an email from the hiring manager at 6:30 AM saying "we have decided to go a different direction". Then at 2 PM I get an email from the company stating that they selected another candidate. It seems that one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. To make someone wait all weekend on a job is really unprofessional without an follow up. Unfortunately this this is my 3rd time experiencing this with doTERRA. and I never was given the opportunity to even speak with the Hiring Manager since he missed the interview, which seems very odd. I was not able to talk to the person that may have been my boss. Not cool.
