It was a formal, structured interview process. We had a phone screen, then in-person interviews with the leadership. They asked me some situational questions to see if I had the right experience, skills, and if I would fit the company culture. Overall it was good.

I applied online and included my resume and cover letter. I got a text from the recruiters a few days later to set up my first interview. We met and they asked me basic questions about customer service and how I would promote their product to callers. I also took a language test for the foreign language I applied for and completed a basic computer skills assessment. Then, they inquired about my availability, and I scheduled a second interview for the following day. When I arrived, I waited briefly. This time I spoke with the recruiting manager. He was okay but didn't show much emotion. Our interview was pretty standard. I asked about their follow-up process and timeline, and he said within a week. They ended up calling me two business days before training and brushed me off when I attempted to follow up with the recruiting manager.

It was a long process with four rounds. It started with a filter call, then a recruiter online call, followed by a language test, and finally a supervisor online call. I waited three to four weeks after the last round to find out I was rejected, and they didn't give any explanation, which was strange for such a simple role.
