Behavioral Other

The interview was a standard one-on-one over Microsoft Teams. The questions weren't complicated, mostly typical ones about strengths and qualifications for the role. After the interview, there was a questionnaire related to the job position. The follow-up process was quite unprofessional. After I sent in the questionnaire, I never heard back or got any response to my follow-up questions, nor confirmation if it was even reviewed. It would have been fine not to get the job, but it was rude to just stop communicating, especially since I was asked to follow up with the document. Besides not getting answers to my questions, they didn't even acknowledge receipt of what they asked for or simply decline the application.

It was a pretty chill process, I spoke with a bunch of different people on the phone. We did two phone interviews total, and then they did reference checks at the end. The first interview was super basic, but the second one dug deeper into the job and how I'd be a good fit.
