Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Division-D.
Account Executive
The hiring process included 3 rounds. The first was with talent acquisition, and the next two were with hiring managers from related teams. They asked behavioral and situational questions. A Talent Acquisition Coordinator handled all the administrative tasks.
- Can you tell me about a strength you possess?
- What do you consider to be your weaknesses?
- Could you share an experience where you had to sell a product or service?
Account Executive
Applied online. Had a first interview over Skype that was pretty chill and just a get-to-know-you type of thing. The second interview felt more intense, and the people interviewing didn't seem super enthusiastic.
- What's your background?
- What are you good at and not so good at?
- Can you share an example of a difficult situation you handled?
Account Executive
The interview process was easy and informative. There was one interview with the recruiter and another with a senior executive. To succeed in this job, you should be money goal oriented. Both interviewers were really nice. They could tell I was nervous but made me feel comfortable!
- Can you share an instance where you dealt with a challenging situation?
