First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Division-D.
Account Manager
Applied online on Thursday morning and got a response in a few hours. Was invited to a Skype interview the following Monday. The Skype interview was standard, but there was a lot of background noise. They asked me why I was interested in Division-D, how I found out about the company, and what I knew about it. They then mentioned they weren't hiring for the position I applied for, but had open sales roles. They asked if I'd be interested in two sales positions. I said potentially, but I didn't know what the job descriptions were or what the roles entailed. The interviewer gave a brief overview of the positions, which sounded identical. Then they asked specific questions about the roles even though I had no sales experience and hadn't researched the positions to prepare questions or answers. After the interview, they said I'd hear back by Wednesday or Thursday, but I didn't get a response until the following Tuesday. They are quick to respond to applications, but it's annoying they advertise all positions when they only have sales roles open.

Account Manager
It was 3 interviews total. First was a chill chat with HR to see if you fit the company vibe. Second was more about the job itself, they went over the role and what the day-to-day looks like. Lastly, the CEO and CRO wanted to meet you to get to know you. Lots of questions about my work ethic and how I work best.
- What would be your ideal job?
- What are your thoughts on cold calling?
- Do you prefer working alone or with a team?
Account Manager
It was a pretty chill process, I spoke with a bunch of different people on the phone. We did two phone interviews total, and then they did reference checks at the end. The first interview was super basic, but the second one dug deeper into the job and how I'd be a good fit.
- Can you tell me about a weakness of yours?
- Could you elaborate on your resume details?
- How have you leveraged your education in your professional experiences?
