I was interviewed twice. In the first interview, they informed me at the beginning that they had already filled the position internally, yet they still wanted to discuss my background. It was quite unusual and seemed disorganized. I suspect the interviewer felt awkward about it, so she put me in touch with someone else who might have had an opening for a comparable role. This second interviewer appeared quite stressed and unhappy throughout our conversation, which wasn't a great impression.

The company was super responsive and transparent. They were really professional throughout the process. Even though there were several rounds, which is pretty standard, I got feedback quickly after each one. The recruiter kept me updated and made sure everything was moving along well. The interviews were fair, direct, and I felt comfortable. I got plenty of opportunities to ask my own questions, and I met with different people from various parts of the business. The offer and negotiation part was fast and open. I felt really valued and supported, and that feeling has continued since I joined.

The interview process was really nice. All my interactions with the talent acquisition team were comfortable and went smoothly. I had a 30-minute introductory call with a recruiter to see if I was a good fit for the role. By the end of the call, the recruiter wanted me to talk to the VP of TA. I scheduled that interview during my recruiter call and spoke with the VP the next day. I really enjoyed talking with the VP; he was very open and explained the job expectations and company functions clearly. I then interviewed with the rest of the team over the next few days. I finished all interviews within 4 days and didn't feel overwhelmed. Everyone was very friendly, and the interviews felt informal, like we were having conversations and building connections rather than just being another candidate processed through a system. They responded to my questions quickly and effectively. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

The recruiters were really great about keeping me in the loop the whole time! I always knew what was coming next and never had to guess when I'd hear back. The whole thing had 3 interview rounds with important people at the company. First, I talked to a great recruiter, then the person who would be my direct manager, and finally the head of my department. DISQO was super clear about what to expect in the interview process, including time zone details, and told me not to stress if there was a delay since they have an international team. It took about 3 weeks from applying to getting the offer. My recruiter even called to congratulate me and said the formal offer would be emailed later that day! Everyone I met at DISQO before getting hired was so welcoming and friendly, it really felt like a team. I felt they wanted me to do well, so the interviews were pretty chill and personal. It was honestly the best interview process I've ever been through! Just be yourself and take your time. Trust the process and you'll be happy with DISQO!
