I had a phone screen and then four more interviews. They rejected me after the final round, saying my experience wasn't the right fit. It's a bummer they didn't realize that earlier from my resume or before making me go through so many rounds.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

I got an email from a recruiter to set up time to go over my background and talk about DISQO's interview process. Besides that recruiter phone screen, I had 3 more interviews: one with the department lead, a panel with 2 directors, and a final interview where I did a case study presentation. DISQO's recruiting team was really on top of things and got back to me fast throughout the whole process. They handled all the scheduling without any problems, working with my availability, and were really clear and open about what was coming next and how I was doing in the interview timeline.

Case Presentation

The interview process was really straightforward; they are clearly well organized. HR was super nice and got back to me with feedback saying I would be moving forward either the same day or next day after each interview. I believe there were 4 rounds after the initial screening, including a case study where they give you a data set and have you create a presentation of your analysis. It was not an easy process but it was very well managed, there were clear timelines and expectations, and everyone I met was lovely. It was difficult but in a reassuring way - they clearly take hiring very seriously and it never felt like any of my interviewers were ever trying to stump me. Still super bummed I didn't get an offer, since the whole process just made me like the company even more. HR was very nice when they called me to tell me I did not get it, and they gave me feedback which I appreciate.
