The interview process started off well enough, with an onsite meeting with senior leaders that lasted over an hour. This was followed by a third interview with an account manager and a sales representative. The sales representative was particularly challenging, perhaps the most uncomfortable interviewer in my 20+ years of experience, seeming unaware of the position and being aggressive and unpleasant. Despite this, most of the interviewers were intelligent, informed, and professional. After two weeks of follow-ups, I was ghosted by HR leads, which was unexpected after completing three rounds. However, I now see this as a positive outcome, given the company's poor reviews. My advice to the team is to be transparent with candidates, and for other prospects, to avoid this company.

I had a really good interview experience. The team was super nice and made me feel welcome. They asked a bunch of questions about my past work, which was a good chance for me to talk about my experiences and what I can do. It was a good chat the whole time.

I applied for the Associate Director, Paid Media role via LinkedIn. After applying, a recruiter reached out to schedule a brief Zoom call. Before the call, I checked the job description on the company's website again, and noticed that hiring for the position had been paused. Despite this, I never got an update about canceling the meeting, so I attended the scheduled Zoom call, but the recruiter never showed up. I followed up with an email but did not receive a response.

The interview process was good because of the recruiter, but otherwise, it felt like the new standard. There were a total of 4 interviews. Only the initial screening was virtual. The rest required in-person attendance. It felt a bit disorganized because I met with different people than I was told I would meet initially. After reaching the final round, I was asked for references and told they would schedule the last interview, but they didn't. I asked for feedback but didn't get anything constructive, just that I wasn't a fit and they were going in a different direction, even though the position is still open. It wasn't the greatest experience, especially with the significant commuting involved.
