This was the most unprofessional interview process I've been through. The first recruiter scheduled me for an interview and then missed it. She apologized, gave a weak excuse, and rescheduled. She missed the second scheduled time too, again with a lame excuse. The next interview was with a "managing partner" who took the call from his car, and the signal kept cutting out and freezing. This recruiting firm is a joke and a total waste of my time.

Behavioral Technical

Be cautious interviewing with this firm. I was invited for an HR leadership role via retained search. The initial screener said the job was remote with flexibility. Then, I had to do 4 assessments before interviewing with two DHR Managing Directors. In the second interview, I found out the position wasn't remote and had little flexibility. So, I did 4 assessments for nothing. When I told the automotive industry MD that flexibility and remote work were important to me, she got hostile and made sarcastic remarks, implying I wasn't qualified. She even said 'intelligence' was key to their culture. DHR reached out to interview me for the role. There was no reason for the hostility. I wasted time on assessments for a role that wasn't a fit and then endured rudeness.

Since they needed an Executive Assistant urgently, I had a phone interview with the TA Director the day after submitting my CV. The phone interview lasted about 1.5 hours, and we then scheduled a face-to-face interview for the following day. The second interview went well, and I received an offer on the fourth day.

It was a phone call. The call was a good length and very effective. The person on the call was really nice and friendly. The questions were pretty standard, but they're looking for someone who has strong analytical skills, is a hard worker, and can handle pressure. They also like people with good phone skills.
