It was a very straight forward interview. Walked through my background and experience. I described how my experience relates to the role. I had time at the end for questions.

First, I got a call from internal Talent Acquisition, which was a quick phone screening asking about my experience and the job details. Then, I had an in-person interview with the Talent Acquisition Leader where we talked more about my current work, how I do market research, and my industry experience. Finally, I met the Managing Director for a more laid-back chat, they introduced me to some other people in the office and gave me an overview of the company's current situation and main projects.
