This interview process is pretty easy and goes by fast. They mainly want to see if you're good with computers and can pick things up quickly. It wasn't a super hard interview and didn't give a ton of info, but it was mostly behavioral. This job/interview process is suitable for freshmen and sophomores, but I wouldn't suggest it for upperclassmen in different majors.

They first emailed me to schedule a phone call. A few days later, I had my first interview over the phone. Then, a couple of days after that, I went in for an interview at their office.

After a few days, I was contacted. I had two in-person interviews. One was with the country director, who was very rude. He was late and, upon reviewing my resume, told me to apply elsewhere. There were no real questions, and it felt like a scam.
