It was a three stage interview process. The first was with the recruiter and that went really well; she was super nice. The second interview was with the hiring manager and the person who I would have been replacing. They were both really nice and easy to chat with. The final interview was with the client. They showed up late, but they were personable and fun. That's also where things started to go wrong. I got ghosted after that for almost a month. They gave excuses about the client being off and stuff when I tried to follow up, but it genuinely took them almost a month between my final interview and when they told me they had picked someone else. And even that only happened because I reached out to them again. Nice people, but incredibly poor communication. Based on other reviews, it seems like this is pretty standard. Considering that and the really low pay, I don't think I would ever apply here again.

The interview process was conducted very professionally. The interviewers were courteous and created a relaxed atmosphere. The questions were relevant to the job description and assessed my skills effectively. I appreciated the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the role and the company. While there were a few rounds, they were well-structured and focused on different aspects of the position, providing a comprehensive evaluation. Overall, the interview process seemed unbiased and I felt comfortable and engaged throughout.

I went through 3 interviews at Designit. The first was a Zoom call with HR. Then, I had an in-office interview with a manager, followed by another in-office interview with a different manager. The process felt a bit unclear regarding the connection between the London HR and the Tel Aviv office. I put a lot of work into it, went to the office twice, and prepared a presentation. I was excited about it and felt good after the last interview. It took 2 months though, with a month wait to hear back. I followed up with the manager and HR multiple times but didn't get real feedback. I eventually got a standard rejection saying I didn't have enough experience, which was weird because I had already shared my experience and it matched what they needed. It wasn't as professional or empathetic as I expected.

Worst interview process I've experienced. You start with a 15-minute screener, then are immediately assigned a project supposedly taking "30-45 minutes." However, it actually requires listening to three separate 45-minute podcasts and creating multiple posts and a strategy for the brand. While assigning a project is common in tech, it's disrespectful to do so before meeting the team. After spending hours on the project, I didn't even get an interview or a callback. They sent a generic rejection, likely the same one received by those who didn't pass the screener. Considering other reviews, I wouldn't be surprised if they steal content from these interviews.
