The interview process was pretty good, and the recruiter told me all the steps upfront. They kept in touch a lot, but at the very end, they didn't tell me the final decision. I followed up with the manager and recruiter, but still no feedback, which was a bummer, but honestly, that happens a lot now. So, first round was a video call with the recruiter, talking about the company and the job. Second, I talked with the manager about the role and some technical stuff. Third, I met with the Director of HR, and it was super technical, focusing a lot on Excel. The whole thing went okay, but not knowing the final outcome was a letdown.

The interview process was pretty laid-back. It really just depends on who your hiring manager or general manager is. I actually knew my general manager from before, but we still did a formal interview, which is standard. For supervisor roles like this, you don't really need to expect too much. At Dennys, the main things they look for are good customer service skills and a solid understanding of food safety standards.
