Sales
A recruiter from Delaware UK reached out on LinkedIn about a new sales role they were hiring for and asked if I was interested in seeing the Job Description. I said yes because I was interested. It took the recruiter several days to get back to me. The JD they sent over was pretty standard hunter role stuff, which didn't match what they said initially or the "new role" description. I asked for clarification, but got no response. I followed up again, still no answer. Super unprofessional.

Business Analyst
There was initially one online interview, followed by two in-depth interviews that focused on the specific module. The conversations were relaxed, never tense or interrogative. Overall, the process felt pleasant and informal, allowing for open and constructive exchanges. The interviews provided ample opportunity for mutual questions and clarifications, giving a good understanding of both the content and expectations.
- What are your 5-year career goals
Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
I had a really rough time interviewing for a junior cloud engineer role that's open to juniors and new grads. Luckily, I've got a solid background and a good amount of experience with the software development lifecycle and IT stuff. I got through an initial HR interview and then a second one with the team lead, which went really well. But then, to my shock, I got a rejection email saying my profile didn't match the job! I honestly did great and was even overqualified, but for some reason, the interviewer didn't give positive feedback, and I missed out on a great chance for no good reason other than unfair treatment! It's pretty sad and unjust that some managers are still unqualified to put the company's best interests ahead of their own personal biases and opinions.
- Can you define cloud computing and explain its advantages?
- Do you feel comfortable working with various clients?
SAP Consultant
This SAP consultant job interview was a good experience. They really went into detail about how good I am with different SAP modules, my problem-solving skills, and if I've successfully customized solutions for clients' business needs. The interviewer wanted to know about my past SAP implementation projects and how I connect SAP with other systems. All in all, it was a chance to show off my tech skills, how I communicate, and how flexible I am in different work settings.
- Could you describe your process for MM configuration?
