Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at delaware.
Business Analyst
There was initially one online interview, followed by two in-depth interviews that focused on the specific module. The conversations were relaxed, never tense or interrogative. Overall, the process felt pleasant and informal, allowing for open and constructive exchanges. The interviews provided ample opportunity for mutual questions and clarifications, giving a good understanding of both the content and expectations.
- What are your 5-year career goals
Business Analyst
The process went very smoothly, with good and transparent communication. It also wasn't an endlessly long procedure. There was also the option to have the interviews take place virtually, which saves a lot of time. In short, I was left with a positive feeling about it.
- What key aspects are you seeking in your role?
Business Analyst
The interviews were pleasant, but there was no flexibility for me to start as a junior. It was either September or not at all. This requirement was completely ignored whenever a new interview was scheduled. As a result, I had many 'useless' interviews, which ultimately led to nothing.
