It lasted a few weeks, with 3 video interviews and 1 phone call. First, I spoke with HR, then I had two interviews with a team lead. After I was offered the job, my start date was set for about 3 weeks later.

The hiring process has a few key steps to pick the best person. It starts with screening applications, where I'll look at CVs and cover letters to find profiles that fit the job and company needs. Then comes the phone interview, usually with HR, to check CV info, understand your motivations, and see if you generally fit the role. After that, you'll come in person or via video call for an interview with the manager or tech team. They'll assess your professional, technical, and behavioral skills, and how well you'd fit the company culture. Depending on the job, there might be extra tests or evaluations, like simulations, case studies, or practical exercises to gauge specific skills. Once all these steps are done, the recruiter or manager makes a final decision, which could end with a job offer. After accepting the offer, you start the onboarding phase for a smooth transition into the work environment.

Had a casual chat with two of the managers. Not sure if they were direct supervisors. They weren't the friendliest people, but maybe that was just my own impression at the time.
