I went through a few interview rounds, and spent a lot of time putting together a detailed 30/60/90 day plan. Then, I got a generic email saying I didn't get the job. While I get they need to vet candidates, asking for a full strategic plan before an offer feels like too much, especially with no real feedback or a personal note. They should respect candidates' time.
