The interview process seemed very automated and it was hard to know what was going on. It felt like no one was really in charge. I didn't get a clear idea of how they were picking people or what they were looking for. It would be better if they explained more about how they decide and made it feel more like a real conversation so candidates feel like their time was well spent.

There wasn't really a formal interview, but there were a lot of tests to do. First, there was a big general test that tried to cover different parts of the job, like writing creatively, researching, understanding what you read, and entering and figuring out data. If you did okay on that, there was another test that was more like the usual tasks for an entry-level rating job.

This experience was really frustrating and showed no respect for my time. It started with an assessment that was supposed to take an hour, but actually took way longer. It involved looking at AI chat prompts and responses, and I had to research and fact-check everything, which easily took 10+ minutes per question. If you pass, you move to a second assessment to get certified. This was also supposed to be around 45 minutes, but again, each question took 10-15 minutes or even up to 45 minutes with the necessary research for niche prompts. There was no progress bar, making it impossible to know how far along I was. I spent over 3 hours total and still don't know if I'm close to finishing. It ended after 13-15 questions. I'm writing this to save others from this. The estimated times are not accurate, and a progress indicator is needed.

It started with an initial assessment that took about an hour and didn't involve any coding. After that, there were coding and core assessments. The core part was about comparing AI responses to prompts, and the coding part involved comparing two AI-generated codes, as well as showing your own problem-solving skills by writing actual code.
