This experience was really frustrating and showed no respect for my time. It started with an assessment that was supposed to take an hour, but actually took way longer. It involved looking at AI chat prompts and responses, and I had to research and fact-check everything, which easily took 10+ minutes per question. If you pass, you move to a second assessment to get certified. This was also supposed to be around 45 minutes, but again, each question took 10-15 minutes or even up to 45 minutes with the necessary research for niche prompts. There was no progress bar, making it impossible to know how far along I was. I spent over 3 hours total and still don't know if I'm close to finishing. It ended after 13-15 questions. I'm writing this to save others from this. The estimated times are not accurate, and a progress indicator is needed.

The interview process tested math and data skills along with a basic grasp of AI. They asked about data analysis, data engineering, mathematical reasoning, deduction, and synthesis. It wasn't overly complex, just needed a fundamental understanding of these areas. The whole thing was remote and asynchronous; I didn't even speak to anyone before they offered me the job.

The interview is an online test that's supposed to take about 45 minutes. Honestly, I thought the questions were a pretty fun challenge. But here's why I'd tell EVERYONE to stay away from this company: 1. They say the test takes 45 minutes, but it really doesn't. It's packed with trick questions, so you have to be careful to not fall for the red herrings and tricks. Sadly, by the time you figure this out, you're already invested and feel like you have to finish it. 2. I took my time and felt really sure about my answers, so I'm confident I did great. But my status has been 'Under Review' for months. Based on what I've seen on Reddit, this is pretty normal, and I'll probably never hear back because they don't actually need more people. They just keep the interview up because it doesn't cost them anything to have more candidates on hold. So, they asked for 45 minutes of my time when they knew it would take way longer. They took this time from me even though they don't actually have more work to offer. It's a terrible practice and should be illegal. Find someone who will value your time instead.
