I filled out several performance samples of work. Then I did another round and passed it. I was accepted for work and then ghosted. With the boom in AI and need to train the LLMs, I'm kind of surprised they did not have any work. I thought this was a scam afterwards but it appears some people are getting paid.

This interview process felt like a complete waste of time. Some of the questions were fair and actually tested my ability to train and improve AI-generated answers. However, some demands were pure BS and a total waste of effort, only to be ghosted with zero feedback. It's a shame this is how the job market is right now.
