First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Darigold.
Senior Leader
I had a few rounds of interviews. The people I spoke with were really nice. They tended to ask the same questions repeatedly, but there were also some conversational parts mixed in. Overall, it was a positive experience.
- Can you share your motivation for seeking employment with our company?
Intern
The interview was pretty relaxed, and they asked standard interview questions, but it really felt more like a casual chat. Just be friendly and authentic about your experiences, and you should do well.
- Could you introduce yourself?
Supervisor
HR at this site tries very hard to avoid providing relocation assistance for candidates that have to interview remotely. I was only chosen for an interview once I lived in the area. The interview consisted of five individuals on employer's side. All questions were team based and conflict based.
- How do you manage when others have competing priorities?
Production Supervisor
I only had one initial interview with HR. They asked about my start date and why I was interested in Darigold. After two weeks with no response, I reached out to the HR person directly, but only got a rejection email from the general careers email. They really don't seem to care about their potential applicants.
