I only had one initial interview with HR. They asked about my start date and why I was interested in Darigold. After two weeks with no response, I reached out to the HR person directly, but only got a rejection email from the general careers email. They really don't seem to care about their potential applicants.

The interview process was with the hiring manager and two supervisors and it lasted about 20 minutes. They said they would get back to me and never did, even though they said it looked promising and they would respond regardless. I reached out to HR, but they gave me the cold shoulder and didn't even have the courtesy to say no. I'm desperate for work and have all the experience, so I'm confused. DARIGOLD needs to improve communication skills!
