Behavioral Presentation

The way to get a job as a Cutco sales rep is pretty typical. You usually start with someone you know referring you, then you have a phone call interview, and after that, you do a one-on-one with the branch manager. The manager will talk about the company, the products, and what the job is like, and they'll ask you stuff about your goals, how hard you work, and if you're okay with selling things. If they like you, they offer you the job pretty fast and set you up for training so you can learn about the products and how to present them before you actually start.

I was in a group interview, which I felt was sketchy and not a good fit for me. I don't think you should take a job that implies you have to spend money to make money. It's ridiculous that they can take advantage of people like this.

the interview process was pretty chill, not stressful at all. everyone was super friendly and helpful. i felt really comfortable, like they genuinely wanted me to join their team, not just like i was some random applicant.
