I saw an ad in the newspaper for a Sales Associate position. The interviewer showed me how good the Cutco knives were by trying to cut a penny with one. I wasn't sure if he cut all the way through and was a bit worried he might hurt himself because he was putting so much effort into it. Then he asked me if I'd be willing to sell the knives to my family and friends. I realized it was a pyramid scheme, so I decided not to go forward with the job.

They call you into their office where they begin by taking some time to talk to you. This is essentially to gauge your ability to talk and relate to people. Then there was a group portion where we were given a presentation similar to the ones we would be expected to give, followed by the a few questions on the subject.

I had 2 interviews that were 1 hour each and got the results in about a week. The process was really easy and I was happy with it. My mentor was great and answered all my questions. I still think the company is a scam though.
