Behavioral

Interview was easy, basically describing the job description and ensuring you can perform the duties required to do the job. The job description and the actual job you do are two totally different things. None of what they say you will do is true. Very misleading. They are so tired of interviewing people to fill the position that they lie to get you to accept the job.

Behavioral Other

I got an outreach from a recruiter, then had a face-to-face with the hiring manager, followed by a Teams call with a stakeholder. There were 3-4 week gaps between each meeting. After that, the recruiter ghosted me, even after I followed up multiple times. I was told they'd decide the next day, but never heard back. The recruiter was hyping up my performance in a way that felt fake. The stakeholder interview was unprofessional; he left the call for 20 minutes to take a call from a teammate. They didn't even provide a relevant job description.

Behavioral Technical

The interview started well, with a good walkthrough of the facility and accurate explanations of my skills. I even received an offer from the recruiter. However, a few hours later, the recruiter informed me that the company had come back with a lowball figure and a lower job title that did not suit my skillset, and that I would have to wait one year before even the possibility of getting an offer for a permanent role. It was a deceptive and time-wasting process. The job market is difficult enough these days without this reminder of corporate greed and disregard for laborers. Avoid this company unless you are truly desperate.
