I arrived early for my 11:00 a.m. appointment, showing up at 10:30 a.m. The interview didn't actually start until noon. The security guard mentioned that the person in charge was out, and someone else was covering. When I finally met the interviewer, they asked one question and then handed me off to a technician. The technician asked a couple of questions and then gave me a soldering test. During the test, he stepped out for about 10 minutes. Afterward, someone else explained that the job was a contract position and that they had more interviews lined up, promising an update by Friday. Friday came and went with no contact. I called them to find out I didn't get the job.
