The whole process was handled by a staffing agency that was hired by another staffing agency. I had a phone call where we went over things like location, my expected pay, and the details of the job. Then there were a few more phone calls before an in-person interview at the office.

The next day, I had a technical phone interview where they asked about my work history, projects, and my grasp of .NET and OOP. After that, I had to set up a Skype call, which involved a few more technical questions, mainly about .NET.
